This Mother’s Day collection is a heartfelt tribute to the many beautiful qualities that make mothers so special. Inspired by my well-known spoonbill paintings, I created my first-ever mom and baby spoonbills along with flocks engaged in graceful everyday moments—flying low at sunset, gathering near mangroves, preparing for takeoff, and resting together. Each original acrylic painting is named after a cherished trait I value in motherhood (both my own and my mother’s), with additional traits generously crowdsourced from the community on Instagram.
