KP Art Collective Policies

  1. Shipping
    We currently offer shipping within the Continental United States only.

  2. Returns & Damages
    Due to the original and one-of-a-kind nature of the artwork we represent, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery. Be sure to save all packaging materials and provide clear photographs of both the artwork and packaging so we can assist with a shipping claim.

  3. Order Processing
    Most orders are processed within 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  4. Artwork Representation
    We make every effort to accurately represent the colors and details of each artwork. However, due to differences in screen settings and photography, slight variations in color may occur.

  5. Delivered Packages
    Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the purchaser. KP Art Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. Exceptions apply only in cases of damage sustained during transit and reported within the timeframe outlined above.
