Collection: Michelle Brunner

Michelle Brunner is an Ohio coastal painter whose work captures the serene beauty of life along the Great Lakes. Inspired by summers growing up along the Lake Erie Islands and the sandy shores of Lake Michigan, her impressionistic acrylic paintings reflect the tranquility of lake life such as hollyhocks by the water, hydrangeas in front of cottages, and sailboats drifting across calm blue waves.

Michelle spends most weekends at her cozy cottage on a Lake Erie island, where the light and landscape continually inspire her work. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Art Education from Bowling Green State University and a Master's in Education in Technology from Cleveland State University. For over two decades, she has taught art at Perrysburg High School, sharing her passion for creativity and color with her students.
