Collection: Christy Holmes

Christy Holmes is a mixed media artist based in Atlanta, Georgia. Her work tells stories of place, memory, and joy through color, texture, collage, and expressive mark making. Using acrylics, graphite, pastels, and at times layers of vintage paper or fabric, she creates paintings that feel both nostalgic and fresh. Each piece is built through an intuitive process of adding and removing layers of paint. Her art celebrates the beauty of everyday life — those small, meaningful moments that make a place feel like home. 

Her work has been exhibited in galleries and juried shows across the Southeast and is held in private collections throughout the region.
