I’m endlessly drawn to the beauty people tend to overlook. Dandelions pushing up through concrete. Wild greens on the roadside. Familiar blooms like hydrangeas that we stop noticing simply because they are everywhere.
I love taking those everyday florals and translating them in a new way, using layered color and texture so you can see them differently again.
Each piece is built slowly and intuitively with mixed media, including pencil, crayon, and acrylic, then finished in oil. I sketch, paint, step away, and return. The work shifts over time until it feels balanced and fully alive.
These paintings are for someone who wants art that feels fresh and joyful without being overly precious. Something organic. Something that brings light into a room and quietly invites you to look a little closer at the world around you.
