KP Art Collective Digital Gallery — Terms & Conditions

By submitting artwork to the KP Art Collective Digital Gallery (“the Collective”), you (“the Artist”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ownership & Copyright

• The Artist retains full copyright and ownership of all submitted images and artworks.

• The Artist affirms that they are the sole creator and copyright holder of the submitted artwork.

• All submitted works must be original and free of third-party rights, claims, or restrictions.

2. Limitation of Liability

• KP Art Collective is not responsible for:

  • Lost, damaged, or misused digital files;

  • Copyright infringements by third parties;

  • Any financial or reputational losses related to participation in the gallery.

• Participation in the Collective is at the Artist’s own risk.

3. Promotion & Use

• The Artist agrees that KP Art Collective may use submitted images for marketing, social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Artist and the Collective.

4. General Terms

• Submission does not guarantee acceptance into the Collective or feature on its platforms.

• KP Art Collective reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
